Returns & Exchanges Policy

Vior Brands accepts returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery, provided items meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Documentation (photos) may be required for verification.

Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and accepted. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Vior Brands shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
